At this time, we ship within only the continental United States (CONUS).
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times may vary, packages are sent via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
SHIPPING RATES
To keep pricing transparent, shipping costs are not included in product prices.
- Shipping is calculated upon checkout.
RETURNS
GENTLY WORN
- Gently worn items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. We are happy to assist with sizing questions prior to purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Please contact us with your order number and indicate which item(s) you wish to return.
- Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and returned in the same condition as received.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors, and we recommend trying on soft surfaces only. Signs of extended wear or creasing will make the item ineligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns, with the following addition:
- Email us to let us know which size or item you’d like to exchange for.
- If the item is in stock, we will reserve it for you. Otherwise you are entitled to a refund.
